A Planned Meeting in a Bishkek City Hall

A working meeting of acting Mayor Balbak Tulobaev with vice-mayors, heads of structural divisions and city services was held in the capital city hall.

First of all, the acting mayor “ran” on the implementation of the plan in the profile areas of each vice mayor. One of the main directions is the fight against COVID-19.

The epidemiological situation in the capital remains tense. The number of cases of COVID-19 and community-acquired pneumonia was 20 thousand 504 cases, of which 112 fell ill in the last 24 hours.

Since October 10, the self-diagnostics hotline – 118 has been resumed, 8 lines, two for each district, are operating. In less than a month, 2,723 calls were received, of which 1,505 calls were for COVID – 19.

In case of worsening of the epidemiological situation, 26 hospitals were prepared for 1 thousand 450 beds.

Chief Sanitary Doctor Kuban Kundashev said that to date, more than 58 thousand people have received influenza vaccination at the FMC.

Tulobaev proposed to conduct a comprehensive vaccination against influenza in large markets, the issue is under the control of the district akims.

The Vice-Mayor for Social Affairs was instructed to fully prepare an algorithm for working with volunteers and doctors in the event of a sharp increase in the number of cases.
