Nicosia Turkish Municipality (NTM) continues to add new measures which have been taken against the new type of Corona virus (Covid-19).  In this context, LTB started an online payment period for the convenience of citizens.
Online Payment Can Be Made From NTM Website
In this context, water bills, property tax and traffic penalty payments can be easily paid by credit card on the www.ltbonline.org website.
Banks for Online Payment
Citizens will be able to pay their payments related with NTM from Asbank, Capital Bank, Garanti Bank, İş Bank, Near East Bank, KOOP Bank, Türk Bank and Ziraat Bank websites and mobile applications.
Payment from Kiosk devices
Payments can be made at any time of the day by credit card from the kiosk in front of the City Hall, NTM Nursery (on Kemal Aksay Avenue) and kiosks in Hamitköy.
Money transfer to bank account
For other payments, accounts with Turkish Bank LTD account no: 2000110808 and Kıbrıs İktisat Bank LTD no: 9010 – 3500 – 352 can be used. Our citizens who will apply for Public Works must apply to the related branch over the phone.
24 Hour Solution Line and Live Support
Citizens will be able to send their opinions and requests to the NTM Central Line, Alo 185 (24 Hour Solution Line) during the working hours from 60 85 221 and also to the live support site on the website during working hours.
The Petitions can also be forwarded through Whatsapp
Petition etc. which needs to be archived, should be reached through HYPERLINK via “mailto: [email protected]” and by phone 0548 8430582 and 0548 8440582 via Whats-app. Citizens will be able to photograph their documents and send them to the said number  at any time.
