Ulaanbaatar [Strict lockdown to be eased with some businesses remaining closed]

Today, the Emergency Commission of the capital city has announced that 18 types of businesses will remain closed when the current COVID-19 strict lockdown is to be eased to the heightened state of readiness in the capital city of Ulaanbaatar from next Monday.

J. Sandagsuren, 1st deputy governor of the capital city, said “The Emergency commission has conducted risk assessments on sectors in the capital. Accordingly, it decided to re-open services, except 18 types of services. Driving restriction bylicense plate number will be adhered in the traffic.”

The 18 services include clothing shops, furniture stores, services for wedding ceremony, beauty salon, swimming pool, mobile phone trade and repair centers, churches, all kinds of sports, yoga and fitness halls, dance clubs, sauna and massages, hairdressing, hotels and class training with more than five attendants.
