Opening hours of the call center “118” reduced

Dear citizens! The operating hours of the call center for self-diagnosis – 118 changed.

Due to a significant decrease in the number of calls, operators were transferred to the OCSM. Now the townspeople will be consulted from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., not until midnight. Note that during the entire operation of the call center, the operators – highly qualified medical specialists of family medicine centers – processed 124 thousand 945 requests, of which questionnaires were filled out with suspicion of COVID-19 – 14 thousand 732.

Recall that since April 6, the Mayor’s Office of Bishkek, together with the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic, the city health department, the Soros-Kyrgyzstan Foundation, the Swiss project “Reforms of Medical Education” and the Kyrgyztelecom company have launched the “Self-diagnosis Line – 118” project to provide primary medical advice.

Dear citizens! If you suddenly feel that you are ill, you can consult with the doctors of the FMC of the city and prevent the disease at an early stage. Our doctors on duty are always ready to provide you with the assistance you need. You are welcome! Find your family doctor.

Dear citizens! Call us! You are welcome! Do not self-medicate!
